From All American Blogger:  Eric Whitaker is the guy who reportedly offered Jeremiah Wright $150,000 to shut up (on Barack Obama's behalf) until after the election.

Eric Whitaker is one of Obama Chicago BFF!  Eric Whitaker was also connected with Tony Rezko and Rod Blagojevich.  Whitaker helped Michelle Obama land a 300+ thousand dollar job and later Barack Obama helped Whitaker score a major public health job in Illinois.  Obama knows how to return a favor!

Whitaker has a history with Wright  So Barack's BFF and his Spiritual Daddy have a connection.  Can't say I am surprised.
