Mad King Michael Bloomberg has a plan to fix the problem of illegal immigration in the United States...

Mad King Bloomberg suggests sending illegal aliens to settle in Detroit,
 if they stay "survive" for five seven years they get citizenship!

It is completely insane, yet I suspect a flood of entrepreneurial illegal aliens could transform that decrepit ruined city into something vibrant again.  Then again, how do you keep them in Detroit?
