Democrats try to sell their new party platform...

From Female Trouble, by Maryland's own prophet John Waters (predicting what the Democrat Party would become several decades later):

Lesbians at Chick-fil-A?

I support gay marriage (I would vote for it).  I also support Chick-fil-A.  I support that if you own a business you have free speech.  Chick-fil-A has to operate its business within the law (and every indication is it does so).  So until evil nanny Staters like Michael Bloomberg ban waffle fries, thick shakes, and fried chicken sandwiches, Chick-fil-A should be treated no differently than a Ben & Jerry's ice cream parlor in getting a business license.

Anything less is fascist.

It is amazing how many Leftist do not get it.  No one cares if you boycott or avoid a business because you disagree with the owner's or management's politics.  Just like no one should care if others organize a buy-cott to support that same business.  It is when you use the power of government to block or coerce those you disagree with over their political views that we all should have a problem.

Update:  As The Other McCain notes:  Meanwhile in Tennessee, Democrats are denouncing Democrats.  Maybe Democrats should ask why?  And not be too upset when the answer is not what they preconceived.
